Texas A&M School of Law has contracted a discounted room block for conference participants at the following hotel:

- $190 Standard Room rate per night + taxes and fees of 17.3% = $222.87 per night.
- Reservations will be held only if accompanied by a credit card or an advanced deposit.
- Any guest room reservation must be cancelled more than 72 hours in advance of the arrival date, or a one-night room and tax charge will apply.
- Check-in time begins at 4:00pm and checkout time is at 11:00am.

Rental Cars, Parking, and Directions
The downtown Fort Worth Sheraton, Hampton Inn, Omni, and Hilton hotels are within easy walking distance of Texas A&M Law School, so a rental car would not be needed to travel to the conference. Parking is available in the 2 Texas A&M Law School parking lots, located directly behind the school on Calhoun Street. There are parking meters on the streets around Texas A&M Law School.
