Speaker Series Overview
TAMU Law’s Energy, Environmental & Natural Resources System Law Program, along with various TAMU Law student organizations, host a rich Speaker Series program every year. The Series features a host of legal professionals who bring a wide range of knowledge and experience. This past year, the program featured:
- Amber Miller, a partner with Crenshaw, Dupree & Milam, LLC. in Lubbock, TX, who spoke on the practice of Agricultural Law.
- Erik Hanselman, an attorney-advisor for the Office of Site Remediation Enforcement at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, who spoke on PFAS.
- Jim Bradbury, an adjunct professor at Texas A&M University School of Law and a partner at James D. Bradbury, PLLC, who addressed the topics of easements and eminent domain.
- Lloyd Gosselink associates Lauren Thomson (‘19) and Nathan Vassar, who presented on contemporary developments in federal water, drinking water, and wastewater regulation.
