The pandemic has presented challenges to the traditional law school model on multiple fronts. It will take fresh thinking to convert those challenges into opportunities. Recruitment and retention of faculty is one such opportunity.

The AALS hosted a webinar this past summer to kickstart discussions among faculty appointments committees regarding these topics. Texas A&M Law offers this virtual workshop series as an opportunity for committees to dig further into some of the key questions raised during the AALS webinar.
