Andrea (“Andi”) Loveless is an accomplished federal and state civil litigator and transactional attorney practicing in Texas and California.  Entering law school as the 2000 Presidential Scholar, Andi was an active member of the Law Review, graduating with top honors in the Class of 2003. 

After completing her academic pursuits and thriving with incredible law firms in Texas and California, Andi founded Loveless Law Firm, LLP in 2009, serving as the Owner and Senior Partner. Her legal expertise spans Business, Employment, Civil Rights, and Entertainment Law. Leveraging her education and experience, she currently serves as outside General Counsel for prominent companies and entertainment clientele in both states with transactions and negotiations that extend internationally.  Through her firm, Andi remains dedicated to a dynamic approach that best serves all clients’ specific needs including restructuring and expansion, complex mergers and acquisitions, and serving as the Legal Counsel to award-winning directors and production companies, and renowned talent including the iconic Jean-Claude Van Damme and Vicki Gunvalson. 

Andi's efforts have resulted in substantial settlements and verdicts for her clients. She secured #1 Federal Court Jury Verdict and #3 Texas State Jury Verdict in Employment Law in 2014, earning recognition in Texas Lawyer. Notably, she played a pivotal role as National Lampoon, Inc.'s General Counsel in significant legal victories from 2010 through 2017. 

In addition to her work, Andi is dedicated to her communities in both Texas and California.  She engages with local schools, addressing issues like discrimination and harassment.  Specifically in Texas, she extends her legal support to women's shelters and utilizes all resources to support charity events that benefit our Military Veterans, amongst others. Her journey is a testament to her relentless pursuit of excellence and adaptability in an ever-evolving legal landscape where she strives daily to genuinely serve her clientele. 

Andi maintains a strong connection to her alma mater, attributing a large part of her success to the unsurpassed education at her law school, actively participating in law school events, and offering internships to students. Born and raised on a tobacco farm in NC, she's the first attorney in her family, and now a devoted wife and mother of six, which is truly her most cherished blessing.
