TAMU Network for Justice Latinx Webinar SeriesPresented by Texas A&M School of Law and the Network for Justice, this free webinar will examine the current state of federal law governing affirmative action/diversity admission programs at institutions of higher learning across this country with particular emphasis placed on the recent federal court challenge to Harvard University’s use of race in its admissions program.

  • California’s current effort to repeal a 1996 state ballot initiative that amended the state constitution to ban the consideration of race and sex in higher education
